比较热门的岗位：律所的律师：商业律师和非商业律师，诉讼律师和非诉讼律师。公司企业的法务和司法机关。
开设法学专业的大学主要分两种类型，第一类是专门的法学院校，第二类是综合大学里的法律系或法学院。比较有名的“五院四系”五院：**政法大学、西南政法大学、西北政法大学、华东政法大学、中南财经政法大学。四系：北京大学法学院、****大学法学院、吉林大学法学院、武汉大学法学院。
