气缸套拆卸、喷油嘴偶件调节、导线连接……走进工作室，只见高玉华有条不紊地忙碌着。

战略支援部队某大队一中队四队一级军士长高玉华参军32年，坚守5座大山，数十次参与重大施工任务，荣立二等功1次、三等功7次。他时刻把岗位当战位，诠释着普通士兵的初心与使命。

“想穿好这身军装，要有一股狠劲”

“高玉华不仅是我的新兵班长，更是我的军旅老师。”某大队原中校参谋长张志记得第一次检修柴油机时，由于空间密闭，刺鼻的柴油味让他难以忍受，当场吐了一地。高玉华停下手里的活，带着张志到室外透气，寡言少语的高玉华对他说：“军人不是轻松的职业，想穿好这身军装，要有一股狠劲，只有对自己够狠，敌人才怕你。”

张志听后把嘴一抹，拉着老高又回到柴油机旁继续检修。这次张志硬是憋着，逼着自己习惯柴油味。从那时起，他对自己的要求更严，不断追求上进，也从战士一步步干到连长、处长、参谋长。

“严格说起来，我也是高班长带的兵。”提起高玉华，大队政委银大雄也深有感触。

要问老高32年一共带过多少兵，谁也说不清，通过电话拜师的就有好几百人。

高玉华宿舍里装了一部电话，这是一条“大型机械故障诊断热线”，用来为分散在千里之外的战友提供技术咨询，人称“老高热线”。

有一次深夜11点，一阵急促的电话铃声把高玉华从睡梦中惊醒，电话那头传来一个急切的声音：“高班长，我们一台发电机的喷油泵卡**了，现在这个供电系统全部瘫痪，演习凌晨就要开始，所有维修人员都上了也没弄好，怎么办呀？”

“别慌，你这样做……”高玉华仿佛就在现场一样，对着电话指导战友排除了机械故障。这几年，高玉华的主要精力放在了为部队培育人才上，他带的兵也个顶个成了部队的顶梁柱。

“回报组织、回报部队，我还有许多事情要做”

自从高玉华在全军出了名，登门学艺者络绎不绝，这件事迅速引起了原**的高度关注。“一定要把兵专家的作用发挥好，引领油机维修专业创新发展！”2012年，原**批准设立了“高玉华工作室”。

工作室开设后，高玉华决心将这里建成所在部队的“创新孵化器”，无论干部还是战士、老兵还是新手，只要有自己的“奇思妙想”、只要有自己的“独门绝活”，都可以**作实践、一展身手。

新兵赖南升平时爱动脑筋，发现柴油滤清剂更换比较麻烦，每次清洗时滤清剂都有残留，导致清洗不干净。赖南升想到可以把底部滤清剂给吸出来，这样清洁效果将会提升一个档次。

小赖跑到老高那儿分享了自己的想法，高玉华听后非常欣慰。师徒俩反复试验数百次，终于攻克这个难题。

为跟上部队装备的更新进度，高玉华主动报名函授自考，取得大专文凭，还自学了编程、自动化等知识。一次原**举行单装终端标准化**武，高玉华在前面五个项目中取得四个第一、一个第二。比赛第六关的最后一个课目，也是最难的课目：设备自动化**作，要比赛电脑编程。此时，高玉华自学的知识派上了用场，他战胜了一名直招入伍的大学生士官，站上了第一名的领奖台。

此前，当地一名经营者曾专门找到他，想合伙开一家汽车修理厂。这名经营者说：“你负责技术指导，资金由我出，一年收入保底是部队的5倍。”高玉华想到，自己从一个平凡士兵到荣誉满满，都是**和部队培养的结果，“回报组织、回报部队，我还有许多事情要做”。他婉拒了对方的好意，继续留在了部队。

“从军32年了，你还是一个兵，就不后悔吗？”有战友这样问高玉华。他沉默片刻回答：“只要部队需要，我愿意当一辈子兵。”
